Free Meditation Classes in Scarborough

Rejuvenate Forest

There are currently several different venues for meditation classes in Scarborough so you have some choices. These classes are simple and very relaxing. They consist of a relaxing meditation session and tension relieving stretches. The class begins with some simple but effective asanas (yoga exercises) that will help rejuvenate your body and calm your mind. Then we move onto a deep breathing exercise bringing refreshment to the lungs. The deep breathing will then be accompanied by soothing mantra meditation followed by japa meditation and musical meditation. You will leave feeling tranquil and relaxed!
