Free Meditation Class in North York
Learn three simple, effective, and enjoyable methods of meditation. While meditation helps a person become free of stress and overcome anxiety, more importantly it helps one understand their real essence and experience actual fulfillment.
These classes consists of a relaxing meditation session and tension relieving stretches. No need to register, simply show up!
