Meditation Programs

Find peace within, calm the mind and the heart gradually by applying time-tested meditation techniques learned at one of our meditation programs online and in-person at locations in Ontario, Quebec and British Columbia.

Kirtan

Kirtan has become incredibly popular in the last few decades and it's no surprise. It's a very simple and enjoyable form of meditation that brings peace and upliftment to all those involved. It consists of hearing and chanting transcendental or spiritual sounds accompanied by music. We practice Kirtan at many of our free classes and gatherings. Learn more about Kirtan.

Learn three enlivening meditation techniques, including a personal practice technique that you can take with you wherever you go at one of our introductory meditation classes.

Events

We have regular events throughout the year at our different locations. Public lectures, holiday feasts, free yoga meditation days in the summer; there is always something exciting happening. Join us for relaxation, meditation and fun at one of our Special Events.

With the stresses of modern day living more and more people are turning to meditation as a way to find inner peace.

Through meditation gradually the layers of illusion are peeled away and we begin to realize our true eternal spiritual nature. With this comes great happiness and fulfillment. The timeless art of meditation has been practiced by yoga masters since time immemorial to bring about the joyful state of self-realization. In this consciousness a person is free from temporary worries and anxieties.

This simple and enjoyable meditation consists of focusing our minds on ancient transcendental sounds known as mantras which are all pure and all purifying. There are three ways to practice mantra meditation - deep breathing, with beads, and kirtan.

By spending a little time each day meditating a whole new world opens up to us. Gradually we feel more satisfied – not always looking outward for happiness but discovering happiness within. By starting your day with just 15 minutes of meditation your day will be more peaceful and flow more smoothly.

Anyone can practice this meditation – young, old, student, businessman, mother, anyone. It can be done alone or with a group of friends. Come to one of our free classes or meditation evenings and experience for yourself.

As a service to the community all of our meditation classes are given free of charge. You are very welcome to attend any of our events or come to a free meditation class.
